Orient Finans Bank to place shares for 19.5 bn soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Private closed joint stock commercial bank Orien Finans will place shares for 19.5 billion sums.

The Center for coordination and development of securities market registered a prospectus of emission of the Orient Finans Bank.

According to the bank, it will place 10,000 shares with par value of 1.95 million soums on closed subscription. Total sum of the issue makes up 19.5 billion soums.
