According to the document, from 1 August, certain categories of business entities are granted privileges and preferences.

In particular, some enterprises will have a pre-emptive right to conclude a contract based on the results of competitive tenders for the sale of state-owned property at a "zero" redemption value, with the condition that the buyer accepts investment and social obligations if the bids they submitted are the same as those of other bidders.

At the same time, for them, the rent for the object of state property will be reduced in the amount of 50 percent of the minimum amount of the rent for this object.

Secondly, these organizations will be granted soft loans to replenish working capital - up to 18 months with a 3-month grace period and the purchase of equipment and supplies - for 3 years with a 6-month grace period.

The State Fund for Support of Business Development under the Cabinet of Ministers compensates a part of interest expenses and will act as a guarantor for such loans.

The enterprises will pay the single social payment at the rate of 4.7% if half of their employees are people with disabilities.
