According to the decree, from 1 January 2014, the pensioners, working in line with civil-legal agreement and receiving income (remuneration, royalties), which is lower than minimal size of pension, will receive full size of pension.

If the size of pension exceeds average monthly pension, the pensioner will receive 50% of pension for each month of the agreement.

The employers of the pensioners should inform state bodies on signing agreement with pensioners.

Veterans and participants of the World War, people with disabilities of the first and second groups, people, who participated in liquidating Chernobyl catastrophe, women pensioners, working as consultants at self-governing bodies will receive their pensions in full size.

Other working pensioners will receive half of their pensions.
