The company said that Samsung strengthened its position and now dominates in Top-10 of the most popular Android-smartphones in Uzbekistan among users, who use Opera Mini. Last year, three Samsung smartphones were among Top-10, while this year their number rose to seven.

Last year HTC, ZTE and Huawei were on the first, fourth and fifth places in the raking, while this year none of them were included to Top-10.

Artel Adi5 smartphone, which is produced in Uzbekistan, was also included to the Top-10. Sales of Artel Adi5 have been launched in January 2013.

In a year, number of Android-smartphone owners, which use smartphones, rose by 316% and now some 4.6% of total number Opera Mini users in Uzbekistan.

Opera noted that owners of Android-smartphones in Uzbekistan use data transfer services 115% more compared to owners of feature phones.
