Only 26 states fulfill financial obligations before UN
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Majority of countries did not fulfill their financial obligations before the United Nations. In line with the UN rules, member-states should pay fees to regular budget for current year by 31 January.

The UN News Service said only 26 countries of 192 fully paid their fees to regular budget of 2010. Among them are Armenia, Tajikistan, Ukraine and Estonia, Latvia and Samoa.

The size of the fee of the state to regular budget is determined as share from total expenses of the organization. Fee scale approved each three year by the UN General Assembly based on economic development and population number of the member state.
