OJSC Baliqchi to spend 2.632bn soums to development

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Open joint stock company Baliqchi (Fisher) distributed net income of the company for 2011 at the size of 2,962 billion soums, the company’s statement said.

The company said that shareholders of Baliqchi directed 2.632 billion soums to its development and 76.5 million soums to form reserve fund.

Shareholders also allocated 253.154 million soums to payment of dividends for 2011. Baliqchi will pay 6,500 soums per preferred share and 2,000 soums per ordinary share.
