The document was adopted to execute resolution of the Uzbek president “On measures on implementation of general plan of Ferghana city, construction and reconstruction of objects of social and transport-communication infrastructure for 2012-2015” from 15 November 2011 and to ensure timely financing of object construction in Ferghana city.

Cabinet of Ministers approved proposal of Ferghana regional administration on implementation of project “Construction of official delegations hall at Ferghana Airport and accomplishment of territory, near Ferghana Airport in 2012-2013”.

According to the document, works on accomplishment of territory, near airport, will be financed due to resources of local budget.

Direction of construction of Ferghana city administration is customer of the project, and Evrostroy Plus LLC is a general contractor of the project.

The document said that the government will allocate resources to construction of football stadium for 20,000 seats in Ferghana at the size of 6 billion soums and to construction of official delegations hall at Ferghana Airport due to re-distribution of limits of state resources within the Investment Programme for 2012.

The local budget of Ferghana region will allocate 1.45 billion soums to restoration of the Central Culture House in 2012.

The Government entrusted Ministry of Economy and Ministry of Finance to allocate resources to these objects in Investment programme for 2013.
