Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Law signed by the President of Uzbekistan introduced additions and amendments to the Code of Administrative Responsibility in connection with the establishment of responsibility for obstructing the legitimate medical activities of a medical worker.

Accordingly, this Code is supplemented by the following rule:

Interference with the lawful medical activity of a medical worker or, for this purpose, illegal influence in any form on a medical worker shall be subject to a fine:

- for citizens from 5 to 7 sizes of basic estimated value (from 1.5 to 2.1 million soums), for officials from 7 to 10 sizes of basic estimated value (from 2.1 to 3 million soums) or administrative arrest for up to 15 days.
