Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbek athlete Nurkhon Kurbanova has won a bronze medal at the Paralympic Games in Paris, marking her third Paralympic medal.

Nurkhon Kurbanova competed in the women’s shot put event in the F54 category of para-athletics.

The representative of Uzbekistan achieved a result of 7.75 meters, earning her the bronze medal. This performance also marked her best achievement of the current season.

It is worth noting that at the 2020 Summer Paralympic Games in Tokyo, Nurkhon Kurbanova won both a silver and a bronze medal.
