According to the company’s statement, Novo-Angren thermal power station will pay 637.51 soums of dividends per each ordinary share and 2,500 soums per preferential share for 2010.

Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 3,590,720 ordinary shares and 15,290 preferential shares. The dividends will be paid with money resources.

Construction of Novo-Angren thermal power station has been started in 1976 and the first block was commissioned in 1985. The installed capacity of Novo-Angren thermal power station is 2,100 megawatt. The station uses coal, gas and black oil.
