Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Russian Trade Representation in Uzbekistan held a working meeting in the video conferencing format with companies in Novgorod region, reports the press service of the Trade Representation of the Russian Federation in Uzbekistan.

14 Novgorod companies interested in cooperation with partners from Uzbekistan took part in the event.

The Minister of Investment Policy of the region, Denis Nosachev, made an introductory speech to the participants, who noted the gradual reorientation of the region’s business circles to new markets. In addition, the minister spoke about further plans to increase cooperation with Uzbekistan.

In turn, Deputy Trade Representative of Russia in Uzbekistan Igor Kamynin spoke about the results of cooperation between Russia and Uzbekistan in 2023, and also provided practical recommendations for companies entering the republic’s market and finding potential consumers for products produced by Novgorod manufacturers.
