Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers was adopted “On introducing amendments and additions to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On approval of the administrative regulations on the procedure for notaries to perform certain notarial actions,” Norma reported.

When registering transactions, the requirement to print out and file documents received by notaries from the automated information system “Notary” is canceled. These documents will now be stored electronically in the system itself.

Until now, notaries were required to print out and file with the file:

constituent documents of the legal entity and state registration certificate;

payment invoice;

information about the absence of an act or record of death of the person who gave the power of attorney to the individual for representation;

information about the absence of a ban on the alienation of property and (or) arrest, etc.

Also, from 1 January 2024, when certifying transactions related to the alienation of real estate located in an apartment building, notaries will check information about the presence of debt on mandatory contributions and payments of owners through the information system of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services.
