HelloTech service center was opened in partnership with local distributor Hello Mobile within the framework on expansion of Nokia Care Centers in south of the CIS.
Along with repair works and warranty services, new center of Nokia will allow users to receive information on opportunities of their devices.
Karel Holub, head of Nokia in countries of southern CIS, said: “The market of Uzbekistan is one of priorities for Nokia in Central Asia. We see sustainable growth to Nokia solutions in Uzbekistan and now local consumers can receive both full-scale warranty service and consultations on Nokia products and services from the center’s specialists, who underwent special training.”
Nokia is also planning to hold special campaign in Uzbekistan directed at improving awareness of consumers on selecting quality certified handsets and receive post-warranty service.
The company said purchasing original certified devises, users will receive menu, keyboard and instruction in local language, as well as manufacturer’s warranty.
Bakhtiyor Kasymov, Nokia manager on work with clients, said: “Now our customers in Uzbekistan, holding full information on advantages and differences of original Nokia products, can select model, which meets certification requirements of Uzbekistan, without any risks.
