No changes to Premier League, First League – Uzbek PFL

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan Professional Football League (PFL) announced that it will not change format of the Premier League and the First League of Uzbekistan in 2011.

The PFL said that fourteen clubs will participate at the Premier League. They will play in two rounds – home and away.

At the same time, PFL decided to cut number of foreign players, which can play at the league. Now, the clubs can register 5 foreign players and one of them should be from the Asian continent.

The First League matches in 2011 will be held in the same format as in 2010.
