The new version of the portal has new features. In particular, users can now open their own account. To register, the users need to enter a personal identification number, in their passports.
The personal cabinet eliminates the need to re-enter personal data every time during sending appeal to the Uzbek President.
The module “Online Consultant” will be launched in the test mode from 15 February 2018. This module allows users to obtain prompt legal assistance on various issues.
On the basis of questions from citizens, the section "Frequently Asked Questions" will be formed. Its main objective is to provide the applicants with an opportunity to receive an answer without submitting appeal.
The citizens can apply to heads of the state bodies with help of module “Schedules for reception of citizens by the heads of ministries and departments and the direction of the appeal to them”.
One of the important innovations is the “Report the persecution” module in order to ensure the rights and freedoms of the applicants. If someone is persecuted because of sending an application or complaint, he or she can promptly report this by pressing a special button.
The users should click special box, selecting which the users agree terms of the appeal and the law.
It should be noted that since the launch of the resource in September 2016, more than 1.6 million appeals have been received.
