Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) —  Construction of a new tourist street is underway in Uchtepa district of Tashkent, according to the district’s khokimiyat press service.

The project involves developing an attractive pedestrian area along a 1.6-kilometer stretch between Farhad and Lutfi streets. The space will feature plazas, benches, fountains, and food courts.

Uchtepa district khokim Jamshid Alimjanov personally reviewed the progress of the construction and provided instructions and recommendations for its high-quality execution.
