According to the order of the Director General of the Uzbek Agency for Technical Regulation under the Ministry of Investments and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan from 13 November 2022 No. 05-1481, the state standard Oʻz DSt ISO 21426:2022 (ISO 21426:2018, IDT) “Tourism and related services. Spa treatment. Service requirements” was approved.

This standard establishes requirements for the provision of quality services in sanatorium-and-spa institutions using natural medicinal waters (except sea water) and other natural resources.
