According to UzA, new complex was constructed by organizations of Almalyk Mining and Metallurgy Combine. Local construction materials were used during construction of the complex.

Administrative building has all necessary conditions for athletes, coaches, referees and workers of the administration. Separate rooms were created for journalists and healthcare specialists.

Along with football pitch with 12,000 seats, the complex includes two futsal fields, volleyball hall, handball hall, boxing hall, kurash hall, tennis court and basketball field.

The sport complex was equipped with modern equipment. The stadium lighting system meets FIFA requirements. The video board was installed and conditions for coverage of the matches were created. The special car parking sights were also constructed.
