Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — In line with the instructions of the President of Uzbekistan, active negotiations are being conducted by JSC "Uzbekneftegaz" with leading international companies.

The main goal of the negotiations is to attract their technologies and global expertise to improve the efficiency of oil and gas projects, increase production volumes, and implement modern management methods and sustainable development practices within the industry.

A meeting was held between the Chairman of the Management Board of JSC "Uzbekneftegaz" and representatives of "Schlumberger," where they discussed the current results of their joint work and agreed on further steps aimed at developing successful partnership initiatives.

Specifically, the parties discussed the creation of a Joint Project Management Team (JPMT). The team's task will be to coordinate the implementation of a new hydrocarbon production management system in the Ustyurt region.

This will ensure the systematic and efficient development of the interaction mechanism, including key steps, responsible parties, and timelines.

The plans outlined during the meeting and the agreements reached open up new opportunities for joint projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and introducing innovative solutions.
