The sides signed an agreement on principles of creation of joint venture on production of radiators, conditioning system, ventilation and heating for automobiles.

The new venture with the capacity of 180,000 components a year will be founded in Andijan city. The project cost is US$9.2 million. The venture products will be supplied to GM Uzbekistan.

The venture will be financed due to own resources of the founders. It is expected that the joint venture will be realized within 1.5 years.
