Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Saneg presented a line of compressor oils under the SEG Motol Compressor Oil brand, produced by a subsidiary of SEG Motol.
Oils are produced in accordance with the requirements of the German Institute for Standardization (DIN), a recognized international leader in the formation of technical requirements for modern industrial equipment.
They are designed for modern volumetric and dynamic type compressors used in energy, chemical, oil, metallurgical and other industries that require oil performance levels of at least DIN 51506 VDL.
The new line of compressor oils is the result of research work to create a formulation that includes a modern multifunctional imported additive package in combination with improved quality base oils produced by the Fergana Oil Refinery.
The additive package is ashless. This means that during operation at high pressure and temperature, no deposits remain on the working surfaces of the compressors, shortening the service life of the units. SEG Motol compressor oil is also characterized by increased oxidation stability, which is especially important for highly loaded compressors.
Until recently, the FNPZ produced only two types of compressor oils - KS-19 and KP-8S, which meet the already outdated GOST requirements. The SEG Motol Compressor Oil line will include products with different viscosities - VG 46, VG 68, VG 100, VG 150, VG 220 - depending on climatic and temperature operating conditions.
SEG Motol Compressor Oils are also intended for use in compressors operating at automobile gas filling compressor stations (CNG filling stations).
“The launch of the SEG Motol Compressor Oil line to the market is the company’s next step in creating a range of high-tech industrial oils that meet the requirements of modern industrial equipment manufacturers. Previously, SEG Motol’s range of hydraulic and gear oils were already presented on the Uzbekistan market,” noted Bakhtiyor Asatullaev, director of SEG Motol.
