Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The administration of Mirabad district in Tashkent has announced the commencement of the creation of a second gastronomic street.
This project aims to develop an attractive tourist environment and enhance the service infrastructure.
The gastronomic street will be located on Taras Shevchenko Street, with implementation set to begin on 15 July.
On 13 July, a public dialogue was held with Anvar Sayfutdinov, the head of Mirabad district, and entrepreneurs, during which the project's concept was presented.
As part of the street improvement plan, there will be installations of lighting poles, seating areas, waste bins, tree planting, and irrigation systems.
In March, the Tashkent city administration announced plans to create the first gastronomic street in Yashnabad district. It was also decided in March to establish a gastronomic street on Sultanali Mashhadi Street in the capital.
