New enterprise on production DSLAM, ADSL equipment launched in Uzbekistan
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
An enterprise on production of DSLAM equipment and ADSL modems for Uzbektelecom joint stock company has been launched in Navoi free industrial and economic zone, Uzbekistan.
The project is realized at participation of Uzbektelecon JSC, ZTE and Telecom Innovations JV LLC.
In June 2011, ZTE Singapure International PTE. LTD. became one of founders of Telecom Innovations JV LLC to participate at the project. The company invested US$653,294 into company to acquire 13.2% stake in the joint venture.
On 8 July 2011, ZTE Singapure International PTE. LTD. and Теlecom Innovation signed agreement on supply of technologic line on assembling DSLAM equipment and ADSL modems.
