A. Turdaliev was born in 1979 in Tashkent region. In 2000 he graduated from the Tashkent Financial Institute, in 2013 from the Banking and Finance Academy.

He began his career in 2000 at the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan as a leading economist, then worked as a chief economist, head of a department, head of a department, and deputy director of a department.
