Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Barkhoyotjon Sattorov was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Hi-Tech Bank. Powers of the board member of Hi-Tech Bank Sherzod Khamdamov were terminated.

The relevant decisions were taken at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Hi-Tech Bank, held on 11 March  2019.

The organizational structure of the bank, the monthly remuneration of members of the bank’s supervisory board, as well as new editions of internal regulations on the management and control bodies of the bank were also approved.
