Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - At the new stage of the country’s development, the role of qualified personnel in the financial system is growing immeasurably, and the requirements for employees of the financial system are increasing.

The leadership of the Ministry of Finance pays great attention to improving the professional education of the system’s personnel, and retraining of personnel. To this end, in 2007, by a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a Training Center for the training and retraining of employees of financial bodies and financial and accounting departments of budgetary organizations was established under the Ministry of Finance.

The task of the Training Center during the period of economic reform is to create new financial relationships between budgetary organizations, during the period of fundamental changes in the financial system, the issues of training promising personnel of the system, retraining and advanced training of specialists of the Treasury, the Department of State Financial Supervision, Extrabudgetary Pension Fund, and others are highlighted. departments, and departments of the ministry. This work in the Training Center is carried out by the faculty, numbering 15 qualified specialists with many years of theoretical and practical experience.

In the new building of the Training Center, all conditions are created for fruitful work with students. 10 auditoriums equipped with modern computer technology and interactive screens were prepared in the building. For ease of learning, 32 monoblocks and 10 interactive panels have been installed. For one stream of training, more than 120 students from various departments of the Ministry of Finance system improve their qualifications.

The Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan Jamshid Kuchkarov took part in the event and delivered a welcoming speech.
