New academic year in higher education institutions to start on 9 September

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The new academic year in higher education institutions in Uzbekistan will commence on 9 September (Monday).

This date has been set by the order of the Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation of Uzbekistan.

In academic lyceums, similar to general education schools, the new academic year will begin on 4 September (Wednesday).
