Netherlands maintained their 100% record at the World Cup after they claimed a 1-0 win over Japan at the Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban.
The only goal of the game was scored by midfielder Wesley Sneijder in the 53rd minute of the match. Strike of Sneijder rebounded from hands of Japan goalkeeper to goal.
Japan tried to press in search of equalizer, but they could not convert their chances to goals. Bert van Marwijk's side collected six points from a possible six and topped the Group E.
