Net income of Uzmarkazimpeks grows to 4.73bn soums in 2010
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzmarkazimpeks state joint-stock foreign trade company recorded 4.73 billion soums of net income in 2010 compared to 2.874 billion soums in 2009, annual report of the company said.

Net revenue reached 9.615 billion soums in 2010 against 6.785 billion soums in 2009. Prime cost decreased from 367.929 million soums in 2009 to 66.434 millin soums in 2010.

Gross profit made up 9.549 billion soums in 2010 against 6.417 billion soums in 2009. Expenses increased from 3.79 billion soums in 2009 to 4.46 billion soums in 2010.

Other income from main activity rose from 78.793 million soums in 2009 to 231.266 million soums in 2010. Profit from main activity grew from 2.707 billin soums in 2009 to 5.32 billion soums in 2010.

Income from financial activity grew from 1.539 billion soums in 2009 to 2.283 billion soums in 2010. Expenses from financial activity rose from 726.716 million soums to 1.89 billion soums in the reporting period.

The company’s assets grew almost by 78.71% from 366.53 billion soums to 654.872 billin soums in 2010. Long-term assets grew from 39.345 billion soums in 2009 to 42.187 billion soums in 2010.

The company said the current assets in 2010 made up 612.685 billion soums, while it made up 327.185 billion soums.

Own capital grew from 17.675 billion soums in 2009 to 19.989 billion soums in 2010. The charter capital rose from 211.955 million soums in 2009 to 2.48 billion soums in 2010. The liabilities grew from 348.855 billion soums to 634.883 billion soums.

Uzmarkazimpeks state joint-stock foreign trade company was established in 1998. The company’s major activities are export of Uzbek cotton fibre, cotton fibre processing products and other export-oriented products produced by enterprises of the republic, soft grain and flour, etc.
