According to the audited balance sheet, net revenue of the company jumped from 65.718 billion soums in 2009 to 83.28 billion soums in the reporting period. The prime cost rose from 52.3 billion soums to 59.46 billion soums.

Gross profit of the company made up 23.92 billion soums in 2010 against 13.42 billion soums in 2009, the balance sheet said. The exports volume reached US$4.6 million in 2010.

At the same time, the company’s expenses grew from 8.22 billion soums in 2009 to 13.36 billion soums in 2010.

Assets of Uzelektroapparat-Elektroshield rose from 40.2 billion soums in 2009 to 55.6 billion soums in 2010. Long-term assets decreased from 10.16 billion soums to 8.84 billion soums in the reporting period. Current assets rose from 30.04 billion soums in 2009 to 46.75 billion soums in 2010.

The company’s own capital made up 20.83 billion soums in 2010 against 12.78 billion soums in 2009. At the same time, the charter capital made up 868.771 million soums. Undistributed income grew from 9.007 billion soums in 2009 to 17.18 billion soums in 2010.

Liabilities grew from 27.42 billion soums in 2009 to 43.76 billion soums in 2010, the balance sheet said.

History of Uzelektroapparat-Elektroshield starts from 1941, when Elektrostanok has been evacuated from Kharkov to Tashkent. In 1946, Elektrostanok and Tokov Vysokoy Chastoti has been merged to Tashkent Electrotechnical Plant.

Tashkent Electrotechnical Plant has been reorganized into Tashelektroapparat JV and Uzelektroapparat JV OJSC in 2000. These two enterprises entered to the Elektroshit TM Samara Group under the name of Uzelektroapparat-Elektroshield.

The enterprise produces electrotechnical equipment and offers its services on designing electrotechnical part of projects, etc.
