The company said it received dividends for 2.624 billion soums in 2009 against 1.629 billion soums in 2009. Revenue from rent reached 10 million soums in 2009.

Revenue of Uzdonmahsulot from financial activity decreased from 2.676 million soums in 2008 to 1.247 million soums in 2009. Expenses on financial activity reached 411.902 million soums in 2009.

Uzdonmahsulot state joint stock corporation was reorganized in open joint stock company in line with the decision of the Uzbek President from 22 December 2003 and the resolution of the Government from 6 August 2004.

The company unites blank production, flour-and-cereals, provender milling and baking enterprises in Uzbekistan, which employs over 30,000 people.
