Revenue from goods realization reached 2.374 billion soums. Long-term assets made up 404.400 million soums and turnover assets – 2.097 billion soums.

Charter capital of the company comprises 169.057 million soums, which comprises of 169,057 shares with par value of 1,000 soums each.

As earlier reported, Uzbekistan Shampani OJSC is planning to raise charter capital by 500 million soums to 669.057 million soums.

Uzbekistan Shampani OJSC, located in Tashkent, was commissioned in 1942. The plant produces Champaign and various types of sparkling wine products, as well as processing of wine materials.
