As reported earlier, the insurance company received net income for 680.696 million soums in 2009.

The report said that the volume of insurance payouts made up 4.656 billion soums. Income from financial activity reached 1.484 billion soums. Expenses from financial activity exceeded 13.468 billion soums in the reporting period.

The assets of the company made up 30.059 billion soums in 2010 (24.497 billion soums in 2009), the report said. Fixed assets reached 6.133 billion soums.

Capital investments made up 101.6 million soums and long term investments exceeded 9.727 billion soums in 2010.

The charter capital of Uzagrosugurta made up 2.23 billion soums and undistributed income reached 882.6 million soums.

The company was founded based on the presidential decree No. 1713 from 25 April 1997. The founders are Ministry of Finance of Uzbekistan, Uzpakhtasanoat Association, Agrobank, Qishloqqurilishbank and others. UzAgrosugurta has over 205 branches and agencies across Uzbekistan.
