Gross income from goods realization reached 26.3 billion soums. Incomes from financial activity made up 4.64 billion soums. Expenses from financial activity exceeded 231.012 million soums.

Kvartz’s assets made up 53.747 billion soums in 2010. The charter capital was 653.562 million soums.

General shareholders’ meeting of Kvartz distributed net income of the company in 2010. The shareholders directed 10.999 billion soums to payment of dividends for 2010. The size of dividend per share with nominal value of 4,500 soums made up 75,735 soums.

Shareholders of Kvartz allocated 6.746 billion soums to the development of production, the company’s statement said.
