Net revenue from products sales made up 49.947 billion soums in 2009 (45.957 billion soums in 2008), while prime cost of realized goods was 38.811 billion soums (33.26 billion soums in 2008). Gross income from goods’ sales fell from 12.696 billion soums to 11.135 billion soums in the reporting period.

Assets of Akhangaranshifer rose from 31.615 billion soums to 35.08 billion soums in the reporting period. The charter capital of the company grew from 246.266 million soums to 1.231 billion soums.

General shareholders meeting allocated net income for 2009. The shareholders directed 492.535 million soums to dividends payments and 3.763 billion soums to development of production capacities.

The company will pay 2,000 soums per each ordinary share and preferential stock. Total number of ordinary shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 221,639 and preferential shares – 24,627.
