Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- These days, a government delegation of Uzbekistan led by Minister of Energy Jurabek Mirzamakhmudov is in the Russian Federation.

Chairman of the Uzeltehsanoat Association Mirziyod Yunusov, who is part of the delegation, is negotiating with the heads of a number of large companies and organizations. During the visit, the delegation carefully studies enterprises and production processes.

Today representatives of the delegation visited the Ufa Transformer Plant, part of the ERSO Energy Solutions holding, located in Bashkortostan. During the visit, they got acquainted with the production processes and range of products of the plant, reports the press service of the Uzeltehsanoat Association.

Negotiations were also held with representatives of the company’s management on expanding mutual trade and economic cooperation and creating new production facilities in Uzbekistan.

Representatives of the ERSO Energy Solutions holding expressed interest in cooperation, noting the favorable investment climate and opportunities in Uzbekistan.

As a result of the negotiations, the parties agreed to conduct joint research work on promising areas of cooperation.

The ERSO Energy Solutions holding is engaged in the implementation of projects for integrated equipment and new construction in the energy sector, as well as the reconstruction and modernization of energy facilities.
