Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Embassy of Uzbekistan in Seoul organized negotiations via videoconference between the first deputy chairman of the Uzeltekhsanoat Association Mansur Khoshimov and the senior executive director of the Dong-A Electric company Kim Tae Woo. The meeting was also attended by senior officials of the Ministry of Investment and foreign trade of Uzbekistan.

During the talks, the parties discussed the issue of the practical start of the implementation of the project for the production of modern electrical products in Uzbekistan with the participation of the South Korean company "Dong-A Electric".

Kim Tae Woo noted that Dong-A Electric manufactures various types of advanced electrical products, including smart solutions in the industry. He voiced the interest of his company in the creation of high-tech production in Tashkent, aimed at the production of export-oriented competitive electrical products.

It was emphasized that there are all conditions for the organization of this production in Uzbekistan - a rich raw material base, highly qualified specialists, a favorable investment climate, market volume in the country and neighboring countries. The Dong-A Electric company is ready to provide its modern technologies to establish the production of finished products in Uzbekistan with high added value.

The parties reached an agreement to continue the active exchange of information and conduct the next negotiations in the online format.
