QIWI money transfers is conducted from Russia to Uzbekistan to UZCARD plastic cards, opened at NBU.

The sender should know 16-digit number of plastic card of the receiver to send money transfer.

At the same time, the receiver should open hard currency account to its soum plastic card, the Uzbek bank said.

The sender sends money in Russian rubles, while the receiver receives money in US dollars. The payments are made in cash without any limits.

The commission fee for sending money transfer is 0%. The commission for withdrawing cash from plastic card is also set at 0%.
