The bank said currently over 5,240 trade and service enterprises of Uzbekistan accept banking cards of NBU. Among them are cafes, drug stores, restaurants, ticket offices, etc.

Number of POS terminals, installed at the trade-service, grew twice year-on-year and exceeded 6,100 units.

NBU also cooperated with local enterprises on so-called salary projects. Currently, the number of these projects reached 6,080.

The largest bank of Uzbekistan also opened info-stands in public places and bank’s offices. The volume of payments, received from individuals in the reporting period, made up 75 billion soums, which is up 1.4 times year-on-year.
