It is organized by the Soglom avlod uchun(For healthy generation) international Charity Fund, Ministry of Culture and Sports, Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Union of Composers of Uzbekistan, Tasviriy oyina creative association and Sugdiyona chamber orchestra of folk instruments.

The festival started with performances by students of the children’s music and art school in Sergeli district of the capital.

The festival program, which runs until 8 May, includes concerts by ensembles educational institutions and professional groups.
