According to the shareholders decision, the company will pay 390.47 soums of dividends per ordinary share with par value of 55,918 soums each.

The company noted that its net income made up 1.177 billion soums in 2010.

Shareholders directed 294.3 million soums to payment for 2010.

Annual shareholders meeting directed58.858 million soums or 5% of net income to formation of reserve fund and 11.77 million soums (1%) to modernization fund. Shareholders allocated 11.77 million soums t Labour Protection Fund.

The company issues 23.543 million soums to remuneration of members of Supervision Council and other 776.93 million soums to capitalization of the charter capital.

Charter capital of Navoiazot formed at the size of 42.145 billion soums and divided to 753,696 ordinary shares with par value of 55,918 soums each.

Navoiazot open joint stock company is largest chemical plant of Uzbekistan. Navoiazot started its activity in 1964 as the plant on production of mineral fertilizers. The plant is leading producer of mineral fertilizers in Uzbekistan, products of organic synthesis and nitron fiber.

On technical equipment and the volume of production, Navoiazot OJSC is leader of chemical industry of Uzbekistan, which produces over 70 types of goods.
