Annual General Shareholders meeting adopted decision to pay 1,026 soums per ordinary shares of the company. Total volume of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 753,696.

Navoiazot open joint stock company is the largest chemical enterprise in Uzbekistan, which started its activity in 1964 as mineral fertilizers producer. Currently, the plant produces over 70 products. The charter capital of the plant is 42,145,173 soums at the end of 2009.
