The enterprise with the cost of US$7.8 million was created on parity terms. The sides are planning to produce 120 types of goods, including liquid washing means and cosmetics. The capacity of the venture is 15,000 tonnes of goods a year.

Premises of former knitting factory were allocated for construction of the plant. It is expected that technologies and equipment for the venture will be supplied to the beginning of autumn.

The sides agreed that JV products will be realized to foreign countries through distribution network and the venture will export up to 30% of goods.

Localization level of production will be 30% in preliminary stage. But, there is possibility to increase it as Navoiazot produces large assortment of chemical components.

Navoiazot and Austrial firms will direct own resources to finance the project.
