Jamshid Boltayev and Ural Allaberdiev from Yangikuch makhalla of Denau district of Surkhandarya region counterfeited 1,000 soums banknotes for over 2.85 million soums.

The report said that the coiners could not put counterfeited bills into circulation.

The computer and copying machines, as well as counterfeited bills have been seized as evidence. Investigation is underway.
