Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The National Agency for Prospective Projects (NAPP) has published new clarifications regarding the Web3 game Hamster Kombat and its token HMSTR.

The token, developed by the team behind the mini-application The Hamster Foundation, will be distributed among 131 million players, with a total issuance of 100 billion units. After the conclusion of the first season on September 20, players will receive and distribute 60 billion tokens.

According to information from the Coinmarketcap platform, the HMSTR token has been assigned a unique crypto asset identifier (UCID) #32195. Trading of the token on the Binance cryptocurrency exchange is scheduled to begin on September 26.

The NAPP emphasized that HMSTR tokens can only be bought and sold through licensed national providers, provided the token is included in the exchange’s listing or the trading basket of a crypto store.

The agency also reminded the public of the strict administrative and criminal liability for violations in the circulation of crypto assets, urging citizens to avoid dubious offers to prevent falling victim to fraudulent schemes.

Particular attention was given to the volatility of tokens like HMSTR. The agency noted that such assets often lose value shortly after listing due to insufficient functionality or utility.

The creators of Hamster Kombat have announced the listing of the HMSTR token on September 26, with initial trading platforms including OKX, Bybit, Bitget, Bitfinex, and Binance.

Additionally, the HMSTR token will be supported by the Telegram Wallet service, allowing it to be used for P2P transactions and exchanged for other cryptocurrencies.
