Nabi Abdurakhmanov gives master class in Tashkent
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Creative head of Uzbekistan Youth Theatre Nabi Abdurakhmanov gave a master class in the second day of the Third International Theatre Festival Theatre.Uz/2012.

Professional actors, directors, students of theatre faculties and theatre lovers participated at the master class, which was held in interactive form.

During the master class, Nabi Abdurakhmanov answered to questions of the participants. He shared his view on modern state of dramatic art. He said that currently people cannot see dramatic art in many plays. He said that only dramatic art should be staged.

Speaking about professionalism, he said that criteria for professionalism are knowledge of law and wish to find out about profession till the end. He said that the plays should be staged so that it has truth and life. The audience should have emotions after the play, he added.

Nabi Abdurakhmanov said that Theatre will not die. He said that the God presented the theatre, where people can feel themselves as God. “We can feel life at theatre,” he added.

During the meeting, Nabi Abdurakhmanov answered to many questions of the participants and shared with his experience.

Third International theatre festival Theatre.UZ/2012 has been launch at the Uzbekistan Youth Theatre in Tashkent on 1 October 2012 within the Art Week Style.uz-2012.

Theatre.UZ/2012 was organized by Fund Forum, Uzbekistan Youth Theatre, Ministry of Culture and Sport Affairs of Uzbekistan, and Uzbektheratre. The festival will be closed on 7 October with the National Cloth Festival.
