Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The US-based company “Mystery box” is shooting a film about Uzbekistan.
The purpose of his visit is to highlight the tourism potential of Uzbekistan and promote it throughout the United States. The creative team consists of 6 experienced cameramen and directors of the “Mystery box”.
Filming began at the Tashkent TV tower, the Jasorat monument, Amir Temur Avenue and the Khazrati Imam complex in Tashkent and continued at the Chorsu bazaar.
The film crew also got acquainted with the tourism potential of Kashkadarya region. The shooting took place at various tourist sites in Kitab and Shakhrisabz districts of the region, including Takhtikoracha pass, one of the most important routes of the ancient Silk Road, and the historical center of Shakhrisabz.
Representatives of the “Mystery box” led by director Willem Gerrit Kampenhout also visited Samarkand region to visit the Amir Temur mausoleum, Registan square, Bibikhanum mosque and Ulugbek observatory to shoot a video about the region's architectural, historical and cultural heritage.
The film crew also visited Navoi region, where they filmed the Chashma complex, the nature of Nurata and the ancient archaeological site - the Nur fortress.
Special attention will be paid to the cultural and gastronomic potential of the regions, and it is planned to continue filming at the ancient monuments of the Khiva and Bukhara regions.
