The federation said that Ilkhom Muminjonov will head the team during the training camp in Armenia. As earlier reported, Sergei Lushan, who was coach of Uzbekistan U-19, left his post after he was appointed as Bunyodkor head coach.

The delegation of Uzbekistan will head to Armenia on 10 June. Uzbekistan U-19 will play two friendly matches against Armenia on 12 and 14 June 2014.

Uzbekistan U-19 led by coach Sergei Lushan is preparing to the AFC U-19 Championship, which will be held in Myanmar in October 2014. Uzbekistan is in Group B along with Australia, the UAE and Indonesia.
