The company said subscribers now can use 3G-roaming in networks of Russia’s MTS, Luxemburg’s VOXmobile and Spain’s Orange. The data transfer speed can reach 3.6 Mbit/second in roaming -partners’ network, which use HSDPA technology.

Currently, MTS Uzbekistan subscribers, possessing handsets with support of UMTS (HSDPA), can access high-speed data transfer, using 3G roaming, in networks of 16 operators in 14 countries.

MTS Uzbekistan also launched GPRS-roaming with Etisalat (Egypt) and TeliaSonera (Denmark). Currently, GPRS-roaming is accessible for MTS Uzbekistan subscribers at the networks of 90 operators in 56 states.

Voice international roaming for subscribers of MTS Uzbekistan is available at 307 networks of partner operators of MTS in 166 countries of the world.
