From 20 May 2010, the cost of Mobile TV service, which allows to watch Uzbekistan and TV Markaz channel from mobile handsets, decreased to US$0.05 per minutes.

Nuriddin Shadmanov, deputy director-general on commerce of MTS Uzbekistan, said the company tries to present its customer more preferential terms for additional services. “We hope that the latest changes will allow our customers to value all advantages of unique service Mobile TV and watch their loved programmes, movies, sport events and others from their handsets,” he added.

The subscribers can use the service if they possess 3G handset and Video Steaming service. They should activate GPRS/WAP/MMS service and locate in 3G coverage area.
